Squad Undergoes Medical Screening and Aerobic Testing Ahead of New Campaign
The Parisian squad reported back to their Orly headquarters following an unusually long eight-week summer break that began after their memorable final-day victory over rivals Paris Saint-Germain on May 17. Almost the entire roster was present for day one, with Algerian international defender Samir Chergui granted extended leave due to his recent World Cup commitments.
The first phase of the summer program involved rigorous physical and medical testing, encompassing cardiac check-ups, blood analysis, nutritional assessments, and mental strength evaluations. Results indicated the players strictly followed their off-season fitness regimes, with the first full tactical setup and on-field training scheduled to commence on Monday after aerobic evaluations.

The pre-season build-up coincides with crucial squad restructuring as several departures loom. Winger Mathieu Cafaro is set to be released from the final year of his contract to finalize a transfer to FC Nantes, while midfielder Lohann Doucet is reportedly surplus to requirements and attracting firm interest from clubs in Portugal.
This return marked the squad's first opportunity to work closely with Rosenior and his new backroom staff, including Kalifa Cisse and Justin Walker. Paris FC will contest two domestic friendlies before traveling to Germany for an intensive training camp on July 24, all building towards their opening Ligue 1 fixture away at newly-promoted Troyes on August 22.
